Sardinian Pecorino - Monte LimbaraThis is one of our most popular, traditional medium soft cheeses (30-90 days matured). It’s made from free range sheeps' milk from Sardinia. The subtle aromatic flavours originate from the natural grasses that our sheep roam freely on.
White in appearance, with a creamy, granular texture.
