S'ampulla CheeseS'Ampulla means flask in Sardinian! This delicate flavoured medium textured cheese is still produced today, as it has been for centauries in a quaint flask shape. This young cows’ milk cheese comes from our naturally reared cattle. It's buttery coloured with a delicate scent and a wonderful slightly "hazelnutty" spring flavour.
We love it with pere d'autunno chutney.
