Our smoked swordfish are still caught in the same traditional "long-lines" method, today as our forefathers'.
The fish is then smoked with strawberry tree fire wood, following the ancient Phoenician methods.

Enjoy as a tasty appetizer, serve with thin slices of lemon and our extra virgin olive on a bed of rocket salad.
