Smoked eel fillets - Anguilla AffumicataOur succulent eel fillets are extremely tasty and enjoyed in a variety of Sardinian recipes. The flavours are enriched by smoking the fish with our traditional Mediterranean woods, following our artisan methods.
Accompany with finely cut onion, and a little chopped parsley and olive oil. Serve with a sheet of music paper bread or simply serve as an appetizer with a glass of good rose wine.
