This is a delicious medium textured cheese(30-60 days matured) bursting with a fiery chilli flavour.
It’s made from free range sheeps' milk from Sardinia, following our traditional, much-treasured artisan methods.
The cheese is white to primrose in colour and has a sweet flavour, with a slightly acidic undertone.
It’s ideal for the preparation of colourful starters.
