Pappardelle goes well with all tomato-based sauces. We recommend using it with our organic porcini sauce or with our organic aubergine sauce.

Another yummy recipe is pappardelle with walnut sauce. It’s a quick to prepare recipe that will impress your guests with the elegance of a simple yet tasty meal:

 

Ingredients: walnut sauce, Italian extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

 

Preparation: Sauté’ in a pan the garlic with the extra virgin olive oil, let it cool down then add the cream of walnuts, Italian sea salt and pepper. Cook the pappardelle, drain leaving a cup of the pappardelle water. then mix with the sauce and add some of the water as needed. Add the parsley to garnish.
