Our organic chick peas are a good healthy, base ingredient for a variety of soups, salads and many other dishes.
For a quick and tasty soup:
Gently fry some onion in a pan, then drain and pour the chick peas into the frying pan adding a good quality vegetable or chicken stock. Once it is thoroughly heated, remove from the stove, blending half of it, then simply serve for a warming nutritious meal.
