Here’s our chef director, Antonello creating some tasty Sardinian pasta dishes at Plawhatch - the UK’s first organic farmers who we are proud to look after…. The room was filled with tantalising aromas and of course many satisfied smiles.
Antonello created several mouth-watering dishes: Taccone pasta with organic artichoke and walnut sauce / Gigli pasta with organic smoked swordfish, tuna and blue marlin sauce and Caserecce pasta with organic mushroom sauce… Maybe a visit to our online food hall is calling you?
