This semi mature Pecorino has most certainly been a favourite in the deli from day one and even we can’t get enough of it. Ready to charm everyone with its delicate, creamy, rustic flavour we guarantee it will win over the whole family.
Almost pure white through the paste with a compact yet almost soft consistency this cheese is ready to sit proudly in your kitchen. Matured for 5 - 6 months makes this one of our most beloved semi mature cheeses. This all rounder is ready to be used in any way. If it manages to stick around until dinner time, have a go at grating and stirring through a cheesy home-made pasta sauce. A few shavings over a tomato based pasta will augment and lift the zesty flavour from the sauce.
