Harvested directly from the tree, it's the Sardinian bosana and semidana olives that give our organically grown extra virgin olive oil its unique notes of artichoke and herb. The oil is good for many everyday uses in your kitchen, but its attractive, naturally pungent aftertaste makes it particularly appropriate for dips, dressings and the preparation of antipasto dishes. Served as bruschetta or with our pane carasau, it makes a delicious healthy snack any time. The distinctive slightly bitter taste alerts you to the fact that this oil is rich in health-giving antioxidants and monounsaturated oils. 

Try it in soups and drizzled over vegetables too. It's great with our organic chickpeas and beans. Make a dressing with oil and balsamic vinegar for salads, or add some herbs for marinating meat in olive oil. There are so many uses that you'll never want to be without a bottle.
