Cooked Ham With HerbsThe grilling process of this delicious "prosciutto cotto con erbe aromatiche" is perhaps one of oldest artisan historic traditional methods proudly upheld in Friuli. It's produced from pigs, raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The ham is slow roasted in special kilns giving the joint an artisan rustic appearance and sumptuous flavours enriched with traditional Friuli herbs.
