Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Glaze doesn't need cooking, as it's a reduced version of balsamic vinegar and so it is thicker and sweeter. Try coating skewers with the glaze before adding cured meats, cheese, olives and other antipasto favourites from our selection. It's lovely with cheeses, vegetables and walnuts.
Try any of our pecorino cheeses with some salad and pomegranate glaze for a light and tasty lunch. And, of course, it's a great choice for grilled meat, fish and vegetables.
It works surprisingly well with risotto and pasta dishes too. It's so versatile it can be used on ice creams and other desserts and works particularly well with strawberries.
