Cured Pork Meat

Our cured meats are unique.
They are produced from free range animals living in the Mountains. The mixture of fresh mountain air, access to natural spring waters and completely organic grazing pastures results in an unimaginably mouth-watering tasting meat. The animals are well looked after in a natural environment and more importantly are not exposed to any of the antibiotics and toxins that are used to rear many of today’s herds in modern farms.
